Kensington strives to provide helpful design support for customers in order to consolidate the number of phone calls and emails into one point of contact. By continuously hosting manufacturers training meetings, Kensington's team, from Customer Service to Regional Account Managers, are level 1 tech savvy on each product line we distribute. Although a term that is overused and rarely practiced, mindshare is part of Kensington's key contribution to our customers. Kensington was happy to host Clive Miller, Sr. Global Product Manager Advanced Connector Solutions and Global Distribution Manager, and Scott Kirchmeier, Splice Sales Specialist, when Autosplice came to Austin to provide ongoing training for our staff.
