We are committed to satisfying all customer statutory and regulatory requirements related to the products that we sell. We measure our accuracy through a customer complaint/service log, returns, customer satisfaction surveys, internal error tracking, and supplier quality and delivery evaluation reports. Using that data, we endeavor to continually improve our processes and customer satisfaction. Quality and accurate service are standards for every Kensington employee.
